Our impact · Measured honestly

Real actions.
Honest numbers.

Every commitment matters. But a number on a website doesn't prove a life has changed. Here's what we can count, and what we're still learning.

The numbers have limits

A count isn't a claim.

Publishing a commitment doesn't prove someone completed it. Reading a lesson doesn't prove someone changed their behavior. We won't blur that line.

One choice. Many lives. The possible reach of a decision includes partners, children, friends, coworkers, and people we may never know. That human ripple matters, but it isn't something our public activity totals can measure. Explore the ripple of one choice →

Private mentorship follow-ups may capture progress that someone reports, but those notes stay in the restricted administrator area. Individual 30-day journals and reflections are never published in these figures.

What we will not claim

  • Crashes prevented or lives saved without evidence.
  • Five people reached simply because someone selected an invitation.
  • Verified follow-through based only on a self-report.
  • Private notes, journals, or mentorship records as public engagement.
What matters beyond a count

One turn. Then another.

A meaningful commitment takes more than a click. It's a decision you can return to and a conversation you can carry forward.

01

Choose something specific

Decide what you'll do differently before the next difficult moment.

02

Come back to it

Reflect on Days 7, 14, 21, and 30. Progress, setbacks, and trying again all belong.

03

Help someone else

Have five thoughtful conversations if you can. We ask you to share what matters, not to earn points.

The next step is personal

Make one choice that matters.

There's no leaderboard. Your commitment can stay private.
